n999 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing, registering on or using the n999 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the n999 platform.

These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and n999. They apply to all products and services offered through the n999 website and any associated applications, including cricket betting, card games, Ludo, fishing games, virtual sports and roulette. Accessing any part of n999 after the effective date of any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To open and maintain an account with n999, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

n999 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, at first withdrawal and at any time thereafter. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each eligible individual may register only one account on n999. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple welcome bonuses or for any other reason — are strictly prohibited. If n999 detects duplicate accounts associated with the same person, device, IP address, payment method or household, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

When registering on n999, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and current information at all times.
• Update your account details promptly if any information changes.
• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.
• Not share your n999 login credentials with any other person.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your n999 account.

n999 treats all activity conducted through a logged-in account as the action of the registered account holder. n999 is not responsible for losses arising from a player sharing their credentials or failing to secure their account. Pakistani players are advised to use two-factor authentication, which is available and recommended for all n999 accounts.

n999 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players:

Wagering requirements apply only to bonus funds, not to deposit funds. Your deposit is always available for withdrawal regardless of any active bonus. Bonus funds are used last, after deposit funds have been spent. You may forfeit an active bonus at any time to remove the associated wagering requirement; forfeited bonus funds and any winnings generated exclusively from bonus funds up to that point will not be withdrawable.

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, device or IP address.
• n999 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time, with or without notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between n999 accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
• n999 may void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to using automated bets, hedging across accounts or exploiting promotion terms in ways not consistent with genuine gaming.
• Maximum bet size while a bonus is active may be restricted; the applicable limit will be shown at the time the bonus is activated.

All bets and game rounds on n999 are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being played, as displayed within the relevant game lobby or betting interface. These general terms apply to all games and betting markets unless a specific game rule explicitly states otherwise.

• All bets are final once confirmed. n999 does not accept requests to cancel, modify or reverse confirmed bets under normal circumstances.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or error that prevents a game round from completing normally, n999 will apply the relevant game's fault-resolution rules. Where these are not determinable, the round will be voided and stakes returned.
• Cricket betting markets are subject to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Bets on abandoned or incomplete matches will be settled according to the specific market rules displayed at the time of bet placement.
• Live dealer game results are final as determined by the dealer's actions on camera. In the event of a stream interruption, the result will be taken from the platform's server-side game log.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes for each game and market are displayed within the n999 interface and may vary by player account tier or active promotion.
• n999 reserves the right to limit stake sizes on specific markets or for specific accounts where it determines unusual betting patterns.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on n999. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal action where warranted:

• Fraud and deception: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, creating accounts for other people or impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hand information in card games, or collectively influence betting markets.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using automated tools to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting promotions in ways inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Money laundering: Using n999 to process, conceal or transfer funds derived from illegal activities. n999 is required to report suspicious transactions and cooperates fully with relevant authorities.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, automated software or any other non-human agent to place bets or interact with n999 games.
• System exploitation: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, RNG vulnerabilities, display errors or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.

n999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or violation of applicable law.
• Account inactivity for a period of 12 consecutive months (see inactivity fee policy below).
• Player self-exclusion request under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• n999's decision to withdraw services from a particular market or player segment.

Inactivity fee: n999 accounts that have had no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 200, deducted from any remaining balance, up to the point at which the balance reaches zero. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied, with an opportunity to log in and reactivate their account.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting n999 customer support. Voluntary closures will be processed within 5 business days. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after completion of any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.

n999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered players and can be activated through the account settings section or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period when increased.
